Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peptide Tracker - Dose Log ("Peptide Tracker," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Peptide Tracker.

App Purpose

Peptide Tracker helps users organize peptide protocols, calculate syringe units from vial size and BAC water volume, schedule dose reminders, rotate injection sites, track weekly adherence, and maintain dose history.

The app is a tracking and calculation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, prescription guidance, or safety determinations.

Medical Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for any protocol, peptide, dose, schedule, injection site, or health decision you enter, track, or act on. Peptide Tracker does not determine whether any substance, protocol, or dose is legal, safe, effective, or appropriate for you.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol or other health-related routine. In an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Peptide Tracker. If you use the app on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Use Peptide Tracker only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Enter accurate information and independently verify any calculation before relying on it.
  3. Maintain responsibility for your health decisions and any substances you use.
  4. Keep your device, account, and app data secure.
  5. Not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or related services.

Calculations, Reminders, and History

Peptide Tracker may calculate syringe units, send reminders, suggest injection site rotation, show adherence charts, and store dose history based on information you provide. These outputs are informational only and may be affected by incorrect entries, device settings, notification permissions, software bugs, or service interruptions.

You should independently confirm all dose calculations and schedules before taking any action. We are not responsible for missed reminders, incorrect entries, user error, or decisions made based on app content.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Peptide Tracker may offer paid features, auto-renewing subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Current subscription options may include a monthly subscription for $4.99 and a yearly subscription for $39.99. Prices may vary by country, taxes, currency, app store, promotional offer, or future pricing updates shown at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period unless the applicable app store or payment provider states otherwise. Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase issues are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider under their policies.

Intellectual Property

Peptide Tracker, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, software, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Peptide Tracker to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, scrape or copy the service, or use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Peptide Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for any medical, health, or fitness purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from your use of Peptide Tracker, reliance on app calculations or reminders, or health-related decisions.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Peptide Tracker at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
